Miami Spice Luncheon @ City Hall the Restaurant

Good Morning Beautiful People!! I hope everyone’s weekend was great. The highlight of my weekend was co-hosting a Miami Spice Ladies Luncheon with my friend Shilesa of Hey Girlfriend Online. Miami Spice is an event which occurs 2 months out of the year and overΒ 200 restaurants participate to showcase the very best of Miami cuisine! Last year was my first time participating in this fun promotion and I knew that I wanted to do it again. The restaurant that everyone voted for was City Hall the Restaurant and the food was absolutely delicious. City Hall is definitely on my top 5 places to eat at in Miami and I can’t wait to go back!

Shilesa and I invited our girlfriends and we wanted to make sure that since not every knew each other that we make it as comfortable as possible for our guests. We provided an ice breaker (which went really well), a game and a raffle ticket which gave our guests two chances to win either a Hey Girlfriend t-shirt or Survival Kit. The winner of the game won two pairs of earrings which I selected. You can never go wrong with a great venue, food, and your girlfriends. Check out the pictures below ↓.

Lashara of Love Child Essentials was the winner of the Hey Girlfriend Survival Kit which included: hand sanitzer, body wash, lip gloss, nail polish & file, chocolate kisses, and much more! Enjoy!

For my appetizer I indulged in the seafood and andouille gumbo with rice which was delicious.

For my main course I chose the Pan Crispy Mahi Mahi which came with roasted vegetable Quinoa, wilted spinach and maui onion buerre blanc. Another tasty dish!

My fellow blogger Deidre of Frugal Flirty n Fab selected the Meatloaf with mashed potatoes, green beans, cripsy onions and homemade gravy.

Love these ladies to pieces! (L to R) Moi, Dekishea of The Fabb District, PR woman Donnet, Dionne of The Prissy Shopper and the lovely socialite Iris!
