Good Morning ASW Readers! Today I’ll get the inside scoop on the new face of fashion jewelry! I’m attending the secret launch party for the U.S. premiere of a secret company’s jewelry launch and the details are under lock and key (literally)! Today, me and other movers and shakers, will attend the chic, big reveal– and they chose Miami for the private party!
Who do you think the company is and what beautiful jewelry do they have to offer? You’ll find out tomorrow once I attend the event.
Good Morning Everyone! Happy Tuesday. So today’s look features a denim jumpsuit from the LOFT! I scored this jumpsuit back in April for only $24 with tax! Yes that’s right. It was originally priced at $89. Later the jumpsuit was went on sale and then had an additional 60% off the sale price. The only downside of it was that it was a little baggy around my ankles so I decided to cuff the pants. It works out since it is extremely hot down in south Florida! This will now be my go to outfit for shopping, running errands, etc.

I hope you all have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
Happy Wednesday Everyone! One of things I love most about summer is wearing colorful clothing. Take this beautiful and unique crochet skirt that I am wearing in today’s post! When I spotted this skirt in Francesca’s I knew for a fact that it belonged in my closet. The color, style, and fit of it sold me and I knew I would be able to wear more than once during the spring and summer seasons. Top:Francesca’s/ Skirt:Francesca’s (Similar)/Pumps:Kate Spade (Here)/Purse:Banana Republic/ Sunnies:Kate SpadeI paired it with a blouse that I also purchased from Francesca’s. The top has different designs and colors that flow well with the crochet skirt. The crochet skirt can be worn to a brunch, day party, baby/bridal shower and more! I have a few more events to attend this summer and I am sure this skirt will be worn again.
Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you have a great Wednesday!
Happy Monday! So for the past few months I have been asked by several readers and friends about the hair care products I use to maintain healthy relaxed hair. Today I am spilling the beans! I will be honest with you, it has been a struggle to get my hair back to being full and at a manageable length. For the past couple of years I have tried various hair care products to figure out which ones actually worked for my mane.
If you know me then you know I love to work out regularly. I used to get my hair done twice a month but since I sweat so much that would be a waste of money and time. So I make sure to treat my hair well. With that being said, I have been using the four products shown above for about 6 months or more and I am extremely pleased with the results. The Creme of Nature Sulfate-Free Moisture & Shine Shampoo is AMAZING! It doesn’t dry my hair out. In fact it hydrates and detangles my tresses during the shampoo process. I’ve been using creme of nature for approximately three years! This product can be found at your local Sally Beauty Supply stores. So let’s talk about Palmer’s Olive Oil Formula Conditioner. The replenishing conditioner contains keratin which is an ingredient that responds quite well to my hair. I find that it keeps my hair strong and moisturized. I usually sit with the conditioner in my hair for about 30 minutes or so. It’s priced at under $5 and I purchase this product at Target. So once I have washed and conditioned my hair it is now time to utilize my blow dryer. Typically I use three squirts of the Brazilian Keratin Therapy Relaxing Balm and then massage it throughout my hair. The key is to make sure that the hair has moisture prior to using the blow dryer. This product has to be my favorite at the moment. I love the way it makes my hair feel and smell. Organix has great products for all textures, not to mention affordable prices. I will say that I had to look high and low to find the relaxing balm but I found it at ULTA.
Once my hair is dry I lather a great amount of the Coconut Milk Anti-Breakage Serum onto my hair and then flat iron it. I am not really fond of sitting under the dryer unless I am at the salon. I simply have not mastered putting rollers in my hair properly. I use the coconut milk serum on daily basis because it’s nice and light and doesn’t weigh my hair down. This product can be found at your local Target!
The photo above is an example of how my hair looks after using the products mentioned. I am #TeamRelaxer but I typically wait approximately three to four months before getting a perm. If you treat your hair properly it can look great even when its been months since your last perm. All the products mentioned are under $10 and can be purchased in stores and online.
I hope you all enjoyed my post today. What products are you finding helpful?
